Veritec client-centered support is something we take very seriously. While our expertise has always been revenue management, our focus has always been on our clients’ success. Our client’s success in self-storage revenue management consists of the following key components: The industry-leading Veritec Revenue Management System (VRMS), continuous client education, and dedicated account management. All three are critical components to our client’s revenue management success.
Client-Centered Success
Veritec Solutions began working on highly analytical revenue management methodologies and technologies for self-storage operators all the way back in 2001. Since then, we have incorporated our key learnings into VRMS where appropriate. Clients using VMRS are benefiting, not just from almost 25 years of self-storage revenue management experience, but from about 40 years of comprehensive revenue management experience dating back to post-deregulation efforts in the airline industry. Yes, Veritec staff are among the most experienced revenue management professionals in the world!
At the same time, VRMS is not static. We constantly innovate and update VRMS. We also listen to our clients so as to incorporate their feedback into our updates. Indeed, Veritec received a patent for its Value Pricing algorithms that have generated incredible value for many self-storage operators.
Education and Training
However, just because VRMS has a great feature does not necessarily mean a client can benefit from it. Education is a core value for us. We always roll out a new VRMS feature with accompanying education and support. We want to prepare our clients to take full advantage of these powerful enhancements.
In fact, education is something we do for the self-storage industry in general. You will find us in various presentations, seminars and round tables discussing all the things that are revenue management in self-storage.
Account Management
Rounding out our product enhancements and education are our equally important client account managers. Veritec account managers provide ongoing support whenever our clients need assistance. Every Veritec client has an assigned account manager and also a backup account manager. Whenever we introduce a new VRMS enhancement, the account manager helps ensure a smooth rollout.
But first, prior to a rollout, the account manager fully informs the client of the enhancements and their capabilities. If needed, account managers will help with VMRS configuration choices and implementation specific to the client. The client is now ready for training, which may involve one or more sessions. Once we train the client, the account manager will continue to be available for any follow-up support.
Recent Enhancements in Promotional Pricing
As we speak, we have updated VRMS with promotional pricing enhancements. We have already announced training sessions for our clients. VRMS also works seamlessly work with a number of different Property Management Systems (PMS). Therefore, we will also provide specialized training and support to maintain that seamless user experience.
Account managers have been actively reaching out to our clients on preparing them, if needed, for these enhancements. They will also be prepared for ongoing follow-up throughout the client’s journey in revenue management.
